This Application Development Engineer provides technical expertise to customers in the areas of product development and application, processing techniques and problem resolution.
Job Description
- Application development of Riston dry film photoresist in PCB and FPC industry.
- Engage with key accounts and value chain stakeholders to identify product value proposition and technology trend
- Feedback field issues and process conditions to R&D to accelerate new method development for rapid formulation iteration
- Lead real-time technical discussion and provide technical service with customers for optimizing product performance and instant troubleshooting
- Prepare field technical reports and conduct laboratory work for customer requests if needed
- Provide training to sales representative if needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science
- Experience in PCB and FPC industry and/or lithographic process is a plus
- Ability to tackle customer's critical issues
- Strong hands-on based aptitude is required
- Ability to work independently and work with multi-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good project management skill
- Fluent in English
- Be able to travel within Asia
