Production Analyst

Job Summary:

The Production Analyst manages the end-to-end process of import purchase orders (POs), from planning and production monitoring to final delivery at ports/carriers. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting of supplier production, proactively identifies risks that may affect delivery or quality, and drives solutions with factory teams. The Production Analyst will also oversee capacity planning, quality checkpoints, and vendor communication, including frequent travel to factories for on-site quality checks and production monitoring.

Key Responsibilities Highlights:

• Monitor and report supplier production on a weekly basis

• Ensure timely delivery of POs and proactively resolve potential delays

• Oversee supplier capacity planning and Value Added Services (VAS) requirements

• Execute PO distribution, confirmation, updates, and vendor coordination

• Analyze production status reports and manufacturing stage gates to identify risks

• Conduct on-site factory visits for production monitoring and quality checks

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support efficient production flow and on-time

delivery

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of related professional experience

• Strong background working with top-tier apparel/footwear brands (e.g., Adidas,

Nike, Columbia, Puma, Under Armour, etc.)

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain and production planning

• Knowledge of vertical manufacturing methodology

• A well-rounded individual capable of managing the full production cycle—from pre-

PO planning to delivery handover—while coordinating closely with cross-functional

teams to maintain operational efficiency.

• Candidates must be based locally in Cambodia and possess strong English

communication skills

• College degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred, or equivalent work

experience

Technical Skills:

• Excellent analytical and project management skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MicroStrategy

• Basic understanding of textiles, garment construction, and manufacturing stage

gates

• Strong reporting skills and PO tracking expertise

• Ability to conduct on-site quality checks and assess factory readiness

Functional / Soft Skills:

• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills

• Strong negotiation skills for delivery dates, cost issues, and VAS requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment

• Strong problem-solving ability to identify and mitigate delivery or quality risks

• Must be based in Cambodia and able to travel frequently for factory visits

• English proficiency required; multilingual skills (Spanish/Thai) are a plus

• Well-rounded performer capable of managing the full production cycle
