Key Responsibilities:

  • People Leadership & Organizational Growth
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Associates, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Talent Strategy: Oversee workforce planning, hiring, and organizational design to support the BU's scaling goals
  • Performance Management: Drive engagement and retention through structured 1-1s, professional development plans, and data-driven performance reviews
  • Operational Excellence
  • Service Delivery: Oversee high-impact client projects, ensuring premium quality, strict compliance, and optimized workflows
  • Data-Driven Management: Monitor BU KPIs and dashboards to proactively mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency
  • Process Innovation: Identify and remove bottlenecks to ensure the team remains agile and scalable
  • Strategic Client Engagement
  • Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to key client stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Solution Design: Anticipate unmet client needs and deliver tailored insight solutions across various geographies and industries
  • Portfolio Expansion: Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by demonstrating the full value of Dialectica's product suite
  • Commercial Strategy & Gross Profit Growth
  • Financial Ownership: Own the BU's Gross Profit performance by optimizing demand, supply, and pricing strategies
  • Market Expansion: Design mid-term growth strategies to increase share of wallet and identify new white-space opportunities
  • Resource Allocation: Map prospective users and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and market penetration

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; studies in Business Management, Economics, or related fields are a strong plus
  • 5+ years in Expert Network Services, Management Consulting, Strategy/Commercial, Headhunting/ESS or Survey Industries; with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and English communication abilities, with a proven track record of conveying information clearly and effectively
  • Genuine passion for building something new and navigating ambiguity with curiosity and confidence
  • Ability to interact professionally and credibly with clients and senior industry executives; a proven track record of managing complex client relationships
  • A commercial, hands-on approach with proactive attention to developing people
  • Comfortable working in diverse, cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive, high-performance environment
  • Results-oriented, able to manage time and priorities effectively while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
