Job Description
We are looking for experienced Android Solution Architects / Technical Leads to lead the design and development of a custom Android OS platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, system thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and define system architecture for a custom Android OS (Android 12+)
- Lead the technical implementation together with the development team
- Work closely with customers to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and define system design
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
- Ensure code quality, performance, and system stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience in software architecture and system design
- Deep understanding of Android Architecture and Android OS (12+)
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, C/C++
- Hands-on experience with Android NDK
- Experience working with Bluetooth and/or WiFi Direct technologies
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)
- Experience in custom Android OS / AOSP development
- Experience in embedded systems or device-level development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills, able to work directly with international clients
- Previous experience in Technical Lead / Architect role
