About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our global mobile development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. This role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver modern, performant, and scalable mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and native platform features
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness across various devices and platforms
- Debug and resolve bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific challenges
- Participate in Agile development processes: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development
- Minimum 2+ years working with Flutter and Dart
- Experience with state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming in Dart
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, animations, and responsive design
- Experience with Git and modern version control workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in remote cross-functional teams
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Apps published on the App Store or Google Play
- Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or real-time data handling
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile deployment (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)
- Basic experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
- Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks such as Flutter Test, Mockito, etc.
