Android Framework Engineer

Our client is a Nasdaq-listed global automotive technology company, specializing in smart vehicle platforms, in-car cockpit systems, automotive software, and intelligent mobility solutions.

While originating from a strong automotive ecosystem, the company operates independently with a clear global expansion strategy, serving multiple automakers across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop & customize Android Framework on AAOS / AOSP
• Optimize system performance, boot time, memory & stability
• Integrate system services, HAL, Binder/IPC
• Collaborate with BSP, app, and QA teams
• Debug system-level issues on Android & Linux

Requirements

• Strong experience with Android Framework / AOSP
• Solid skills in Java, C/C++, Linux
• Experience with Binder, HAL, system services
• Knowledge of AAOS / IVI / Automotive systems is a big plus
• Good debugging & performance optimization skills

Nice to have

• AAOS project experience
• Google GAS / CDD knowledge
• OTA / SWDL experience
