Responsible for Android Automotive Framework and vehicle controlrelated development.
Lead the team to fully understand requirements and conduct software architecture design, module design, and - development accordingly; deliver high-quality code on time according to the project schedule and complete development tasks.
Responsible for guiding the architecture design and development of system performance optimization solutions; analyze and resolve performance issues such as slow boot and system lag.
Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to system upgrades, Audio subsystem, and other key system components.
Lead the team to complete the adaptation and extension of the in-vehicle automotive framework, and carried out customized development of vehicle-related applications.
Lead the team to implement GAS and Google CDD standards, achieve Google GAS certification, and investigate, locate, and resolve issues related to the AOSP system.
Responsible for daily team management.
Requirements
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field;
58 years of Android Framework development experience; familiar with the Android system framework and capable of designing architectures for medium to large-scale systems;
Solid foundation in Kotlin, Java, and C++; familiar with common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns;
Knowledge of modules such as AMS, WMS, PKMS, Audio, Video, Media, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, View, Power, Input, SurfaceFlinger, and Binder is a plus; Good skill in VHAL & Car Service related areas.
Experience in performance optimization and proficiency in using common performance analysis tools is preferred;
Experience in multimedia systems and multi-audio-channel scheduling is a plus;
Familiarity with Linux kernel scheduling, memory, and storage management is preferred; experience with Gerrit configuration and Jenkins integration is a plus;
Experience leading a team of over 15 people for more than 3 years; able to work under pressure, with strong learning and problem-solving abilities.
