Role & Skill Requirements (Android App Development)
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred, computer-related majors preferred
Technical requirements:
- Strong foundation in Java and Kotlin; experience in vehicle infotainment system projects is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of the Android framework, including IPC mechanisms, Handlers, etc.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and common design patterns
- Familiarity with Android SDK and architectural patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, with good coding practices
- Understanding of Android app release processes, with experience in performance and memory optimization preferred
- Experience with Android Runtime Resource Overlays (RRO), system-level permissions, and privileged apps
- Experience in launching Android app products, or strong understanding of Android framework internals, or JNI development in C++/C, or proficiency with Jetpack and Kotlin is a plus
- Experience working with Google requirements, especially GAS-related services, including certification and testing activities such as XTS, CUJ, etc.
