ABOUT THE JOB
- Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses, ensuring performance, integrity, and quality.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting.
- Build and support dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable data solutions.
- Optimize performance of big data processing using Spark/PySpark.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through rigorous data validation and testing frameworks.
- Contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure and tooling.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (especially Azure and Databricks).
- Strong hand-on experience with Bigdata such as Spark/ pyspark
- Strong background in data modeling, schema design, and enterprise data warehousing.
- Familiarity with data management tools like Azure Purview or Unity Catalog.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps), automated testing, and orchestration frameworks.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
