To support DBS Vietnam Legal & Compliance team on implementation of new regulations at the Branch and build up effective control process and environment for the Branch
Responsibilities
Support Legal & Compliance team to provide regulations briefing, regulations analysis and impact analysis;
Coordinate or lead the coordination between stakeholders for necessary actions to implement new banking laws & regulations;
Facilitate, prepare materials, and participate in various meetings with stakeholders for regulation implementation;
Provide supports to other Legal & Compliance officers in researching regulations to facilitate the legal & compliance advice/review;
Keep track and prepare the regulatory reports timely;
Provide supports to application preparations with authorities where required;
Support to review internal policies and procedures;
Provide supports to other scopes under coverage of Legal & Compliance team from time to time;
Contact with authorities or other external parties from time to time;
Requirements
Legal degree or qualification is a must.
1 to 2 years experience working in legal or regulatory compliance areas, legal projects.
Proficient in written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time pressure
