Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and strategic Client Solutions professional to drive growth and deepen client relationships across the Japan and Korea market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end expert engagement delivery, providing high-value consulting insights, and expanding our footprint with both local and global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-regional teams to ensure exceptional service and contribute directly to revenue growth and client retention. Key Responsibilities1. Expert Network & Client Engagement Management- Manage the end-to-end process of matching clients with top-tier industry experts across China, SEA, Japan, Korea, India,EMEA and Americas.
- Exercise informed judgment to grow key client accounts through strategic expert recommendations and consultation support.
- Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of expert insights to meet client research and strategic needs.
2. Consulting Service Delivery- Provide direct consulting support to global corporate clients, including competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, Japan /Korea go-to-market strategy, and other strategic projects.
- Translate client objectives into clear research and advisory solutions, delivering actionable insights.
3. Client Retention & Revenue Expansion- Lead renewal discussions and proactively engage dormant accounts to maximize client activation and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to deepen partnerships and drive revenue growth.
4. Business Development & Cross-Regional Collaboration- Develop new client relationships within Japan seeking international expert insights.
- Collaborate with Strategic Client Solutions teams across regions to deliver seamless, globally integrated service.
- Enhance client stickiness through exceptional service and tailored engagement strategies.
5. Strategic Initiatives & Adaptability- Contribute to innovative projects and process improvements in line with company transformation goals.
- Maintain a client-centric, results-driven approach while adapting swiftly to evolving business needs and market dynamics.
