You Are:

You are an experienced Analog Circuit Design Engineer who thrives on innovation and teamwork. You have a strong background in analog mixed-signal IC design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex challenges. With 5+ years of relevant experience, you're comfortable working with cross-functional teams, supporting customers, and driving process improvements. Your growth mindset, adaptability, and drive for quality make you a valuable team player ready to contribute to industry-leading projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Improve and manage design for Analog blocks include: TX/RX(CTLE/DFE/FFE), Impedance calibration, DCD, Voltage Regulator, DLL, Bandgap, Clock trees, Calibration circuits... for UCIe, Die to Die of Synopsys
  • Update internal specs for project alignment.
  • Create customer documentation (databooks, guidelines).
  • Oversee release activities for analog deliverables.
  • Partner with Lab teams for silicon validation.
  • Support pre- and post-sale activities related to analog design.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years analog mixed-signal design experience.
  • Strong IC design and verification skills.
  • Experience with technical documentation and customer support.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
