Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hanoi, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. As the Business Development professional for the American market, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct in-depth market research, and establish strong client relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the company's growth in the American market.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess data, identify trends, and formulate strategies to support business growth.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to hybrid work arrangements to meet project and client demands.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the packaging industry or knowledge of the American market is a plus.
