Air Pricing Executive

YOUR ROLE

To manage Air RFQ process, generating response to FM RFQ, ensure accuracy of cost template and coordinate with related party for internal alignment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Analyse data provided in RFQ or enquiries; further provide accurate data for pricing strategy development for specific RFQ or enquiries.
• Populate RFQ or enquiry response templates to ensure complete, accurate submission.
• Review price submission to ensure alignment with BD, Product owner and global team.
• Maintain price database, which enables quick response times to request data from oversea offices and clients.
• Coordinate with BD opportunity owner and product owner during RFQ bidding process
• Provide support to local and oversea sales staff for any pricing enquiry apart from RFQ tender
• Provide data management and performance/analysis report as request by manager.
• Being part of building up a Central Pricing Team

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of experience in air pricing/ air service
• English Communication skill
• Excel Proficiency
• Strong Analytical Skill
• Detail Oriented
