Air Logistics Customer Care Intern will be general responsibility in supporting Customer Care Team (CCL) to to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services + features
How you create impact
The intern will support the following activities:
- Support CCLs in input &/ update data in customized reports as customers's requirements.
- Check payment terms (credit/COD) and release eDO
- Control Credit application for new customers/
- Raise new requests to create / amend/ update customer's profile ; customer codes
- Collect and prepare hard copies of documents for customers.
- Create request on SQT tool to get rate from pricing team
- Support other tasks assigned by supervisor.
What we would like you to bring
- Final year student with bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Import/ Export, Supply Chain Management and can join as an full time intern
- Customer oriented
- Good at Communication and problem solving.
- Good command of English
- Fast learner, careful, eager to learn, can-do-attitude
