  • Track and manage air freight shipments from origin to final destination, ensuring on-time customs clearance and delivery.
  • Coordinate with carriers, forwarders, customs teams, and vendors to resolve shipment issues.
  • Monitor purchase orders (POs) and delivery schedules; prioritize urgent shipments for production or market deadlines.
  • Process and reconcile freight invoices, billing, and wire payments; coordinate with Accounts Payable.
  • Audit carrier and broker charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with quoted rates.
  • Coordinate LCL and export shipments, including documentation and delivery arrangements.
  • Monitor air freight costs and market trends; support carrier selection and cost optimization.
  • Maintain shipment records and documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
  • Support SOP updates, process improvements, and vendor training when required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in International Business, Import/Export or equivalent experience.
  • From 1 year of relevant office support experience.
  • Basic understanding of import logistics, documentation, and customs regulations.
  • Excellent English communication (4 skills), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Customer service and professionalism in handling challenging situations.
