1/ Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new Air customers, which is Non-Samsung accounts
- Conduct direct sales activities across Vietnam to expand market presence
- Prepare quotations and Business proposals for diverse 3PL/4PL services
- Analyze market trends and industry data to uncover new opportunities (Regional/Industry wise)
2/ Implementation & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Pricing/Operation team in the region to be aware of the local practice/ processes/ air market dynamics
- Deliver the most competitive product/pricing solutions to our customers
- Support team expansion, mentor newly hired staff
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture
Experience
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics industry, a strong focus on Air Sales business
- Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account
- Proven ability to develop and manage large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts
- Established customer network

- Proficient in English and able to communicate well with all level
- Good in problem solving and analytical skills, MS Office Advance Level
- Ability to lead and inspire teams toward achieving ambitious performance goals
- Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
