AIE Computer Vision

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions that address complex business and operational challenges. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products—from data strategy and model development to deployment and optimization—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions across Smart City and intelligent platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions, taking ownership of the entire model lifecycle from research and experimentation to monitoring and continuous improvement.

Lead the development of advanced Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Vision-Language Model (VLM) solutions to solve real-world challenges across Smart City, surveillance, analytics, and intelligent automation domains.

Optimize and deploy AI models across cloud and edge environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization on specialized hardware platforms.

Design and implement scalable AI architectures and MLOps pipelines covering data collection, labeling, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and model governance.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into end-to-end AI solutions with measurable impact.

Drive technical decision-making, evaluate emerging technologies, and establish best practices for AI development, deployment, and operational excellence.

Develop and optimize real-time video analytics and streaming systems, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and production-grade reliability.

Mentor engineering teams, contribute to technical leadership, and foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence.

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning with proven success delivering AI solutions in production environments.

Strong proficiency in Python and/or C++, with extensive experience using modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Deep understanding of state-of-the-art machne learning architectures, including Computer Vision, Generative AI, Transformers, Vision Transformers (ViT), Diffusion Models, and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).

Proven experience deploying, scaling, and maintaining AI systems in production, including performance monitoring, optimization, and lifecycle management.

Strong expetise in solving complex Computer Vision problems, including image understanding, object detection, tracking, video analytics, and multimodal AI applications.

Hands-on experience optimizing AI models using technologies such as TensorRT, ONNX, model quantization, and hardware acceleration techniques.

Experience building and deploying real-time video processing systems using NVIDIA DeepStream, GStreamer, or similar streaming frameworks.
