AI Workflow Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Workflow Analyst based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The AI Workflow Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing AI-based workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client requirements, developing customized AI solutions, collaborating across teams for implementation, and monitoring performance to ensure continuous improvements. The role also involves leveraging advanced analytics to deliver innovative insights and support strategic goals.

• Strong expertise in Data Analysis, Workflow Analysis, and Process Optimization
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning tools, as well as cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo implementation and customization
• Project Management skills, including collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python or SQL is a plus
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team environment
• Previous experience in Healthcare or Real Estate industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
