Key Responsibilities
- Teach AI, basic coding, and web programming classes to children aged 8–18, fully in English.
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that include both AI concepts (e.g., basic machine learning, data visualization) and web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
- Guide students to build small web projects such as personal websites, interactive portfolios, or simple web apps.
- Create a friendly, interactive classroom environment encouraging questions and exploration.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and internal teams.
- Continuously improve teaching content to reflect new trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English (must be fluent; classes are conducted entirely in English).
- Solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Good foundation in AI concepts (basic machine learning or data science principles).
- Experience working with children or teenagers.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for inspiring young learners to love technology and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching or mentoring coding, AI, or web development.
- Familiarity with educational tools and platforms (e.g., Scratch, Replit, GitHub Pages, or similar).
- Experience in international or bilingual school environments.
