Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Video Creator, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The AI Video Creator will work on producing high-quality video content, including video production, motion graphics, and multimedia integration. Responsibilities will include editing video content, handling post-production tasks, and collaborating with team members to deliver innovative visual experiences. The role requires technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
1. AI Video Generation
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 text-to-video / image-to-video tools: Runway Gen-3, Kling, Pika, Sora, or Veo
- Strong prompt engineering skills for video AI: motion control, camera angles, lighting, and style consistency
- Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across multiple clips within a single project
- Proficient with HeyGen or equivalent tools for AI avatar and spokesperson video production
2. Post-production & Assembly
- Edit and assemble AI-generated clips into polished final videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Handle audio production: AI voiceover (ElevenLabs or equivalent), audio sync, sound design, and background music
- Add captions, subtitles, and motion text optimized for each platform format (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
3. Marketing & Performance Mindset
- Deep understanding of hook structure, pacing, and short-form storytelling for paid and organic video ads
- Ability to translate a marketing brief independently into video concept, storyboard, and final deliverable
- Comfortable iterating on creatives based on performance data: CTR, hook rate, watch time, and CVR
