For our client, we are looking for an AI Vibe Developer
Salary Range: USD $2500 - $3000 monthly + Bonus Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI conversational flows that effectively convey specific tones, emotions, and personality traits.
- Craft and refine AI personas to ensure consistent and appropriate brand representation across all user interactions.
- Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques to enable AI to understand, interpret, and respond to user sentiment and context with nuance.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, and product managers to integrate vibe coding principles into the entire AI product lifecycle.
- Conduct user testing and gather qualitative/quantitative feedback to iteratively enhance the emotional intelligence and interaction quality of our AI.
- Define and track metrics related to AI's emotional resonance, user satisfaction, and persona consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI ethics, human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, and conversational AI best practices.
- Develop guidelines and documentation for maintaining AI persona integrity and emotional consistency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in AI development, NLP engineering, UX writing, conversational design, or a related field with a strong focus on human-computer interaction.
- Demonstrated understanding of psychology, cognitive science, or human behavior principles, particularly as they apply to digital interaction.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/NLP (e.g., Python).
- Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face, Rasa).
- Familiarity with machine learning models for sentiment analysis, intent recognition, text generation, and dialogue management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in crafting engaging narratives and interactions.
- Ability to translate abstract psychological concepts and brand guidelines into concrete AI behaviors and responses.
- A portfolio demonstrating prior work in conversational AI, AI persona development, empathetic design, or creative writing for technology is highly advantageous.
