Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a PM to turn ambitious customer deployments into shipped, adopted systems. In this role, you will lead day-to-day technical delivery for complex engagements: translating business outcomes into technical plans, coordinating internal Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Product, and customer teams, and carrying solutions from prototype through production adoption. This role will report to the Steering Committee (C-level) and partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and customer stakeholders.

You'll carry one of our key accounts as your primary ownership — accountable for every milestone, every escalation, and every expansion opportunity.

 

Your Day-to-Day

Mapping customer workflows and success criteria. Building delivery plans. Sequencing workstreams across FDE teams. Unblocking dependencies before they become misses. Making scope trade-offs under pressure. Communicating risks early. Driving the change management that ensures deployed systems land in real workflows — not just in staging.

And codifying what works. Every engagement produces sharper playbooks and clearer signals back to Product. You turn one successful deployment into a repeatable model for the next.

 

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will look like deployments that deliver measurable customer value, reach production reliably, drive adoption, and produce reusable patterns for future engagements — with a team that trusts your judgment and a business that can point to real, documented value delivered. Not a project that closed. A relationship that deepened.

You will be measured by delivery reliability, quality of technical execution, customer trust, operating leverage, judgment under pressure, and the strength of field signals shared back to Product and Research.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own technical delivery plans for customer workstreams, translating business objectives into milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and operating rhythms.
  • Run day-to-day execution across our internal and customer teams, keeping work sequenced, risks visible, blockers resolved, and critical paths protected.
  • Embed with customers to map workflows, shape requirements, align technical plans to success criteria, and ensure solutions are adopted in production.
  • Partner with FDEs, product, customer engineers, and customer technical teams to move prototypes through MVP, production readiness, launch, and scale.
  • Make pragmatic tradeoffs on scope, sequencing, resourcing, and quality while maintaining trust with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Own value cases and impact measurement, including hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, adoption tracking, and readouts to sponsors.
  • Codify reusable delivery patterns, implementation playbooks, evals, and field insights that improve future deployments and inform product roadmap priorities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of customer-facing technical delivery — Project Manager, Solutions Manager, Deployment Lead, or Implementation Leader who owned outcomes end-to-end, not just tracked them.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams: setting direction, assigning workstreams, unblocking engineers, and building the trust that makes a team perform under pressure.
  • Proven track record leading AI or enterprise software implementations from kickoff to production in enterprise environments.
  • Working technical fluency in AI/ML: agent architectures, LLMs, data pipelines — enough to push back credibly in a senior engineering conversation.
  • Strong project management fundamentals: scoping, risk management, stakeholder communication, executive reporting.
  • Strong communicator across all levels, can adapt style fluidly — from executive risk framing to deep technical trade-off discussions
