About the Role
We are seeking an AI Solutions Consultant who can bridge business challenges and AI-driven solutions. This position combines client engagement, solution consulting, and AI domain knowledge to help organizations identify practical AI opportunities and translate them into achievable initiatives.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and AI engineers to shape solution directions, support pre-sales activities, and represent our AI capabilities throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Present AI concepts, solution approaches, and demonstrations tailored to different audiences.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and solution architects to define solution scope, proof-of-concepts, and implementation approaches.
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation for technical teams.
- Support proposal development, solution recommendations, and pre-sales engagements.
- Participate in client presentations, prototype reviews, and solution validation sessions.
- Identify potential risks related to data quality, integration requirements, and project feasibility.
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets by documenting use cases, reusable solution patterns, and lessons learned.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and enterprise adoption practices.
RequirementsExperience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working alongside software engineering or technical delivery teams.
AI & Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of modern AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Generative AI applications.
- Ability to discuss solution architectures and technical concepts with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and data-driven applications is a plus.
Communication & Consulting Skills
- Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured solution proposals.
- Experience preparing business cases, capability presentations, proposals, or solution documents.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or equivalent services.
- Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, solution decks, or consulting engagements.
- Background in industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Government, Healthcare, or Digital Transformation projects.
