Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional AI Scientist to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This role is designed for a highly capable AI expert with strong research depth, hands-on engineering capability, and the ability to translate cutting-edge AI innovations into real-world, production-grade solutions.
The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Generative AI, Large Language Models, advanced model architectures, and agentic AI systems. This role requires a strong balance of research excellence, solution architecture, client advisory, rapid prototyping, and production deployment experience.
You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and global AI communities to design, prototype, and implement advanced AI solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and software engineering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research in Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models, advanced model architectures, and agentic system design.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable AI systems for production environments.
- Develop AI solution proposals and advise clients on how to improve productivity, automation, and operational efficiency through AI integration.
- Build rapid prototypes and product demos using state-of-the-art AI tools, including live demonstrations and fast product creation workflows.
- Apply modern AI approaches to software engineering challenges, including code generation, intelligent automation, AI agents, workflow optimization, and developer productivity enhancement.
- Evaluate, select, and apply appropriate AI models, frameworks, tools, and architectures based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable in production.
- Mentor and guide team members to strengthen AI research, engineering capability, and technical innovation.
- Stay actively engaged with the international AI research community and keep the organization updated on emerging AI trends, breakthroughs, and best practices.
- Publish research findings, contribute to technical papers, and represent the organization at international conferences, workshops, and industry forums.
- Contribute to the development of internal AI assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for the Center of Excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, especially Generative AI, Large Language Models, model development, and agentic AI design.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI systems at production scale.
- Strong understanding of AI system architecture, including model orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, agent workflows, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud deployment.
- Exceptional programming skills, preferably in Python, with hands-on experience using modern AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Practical experience with AI tools and platforms relevant to the software industry, such as LLM APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, model serving tools, and cloud AI services.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, demonstrate, and explain AI-powered products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong research mindset with the ability to evaluate academic papers, emerging AI techniques, and open-source technologies.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, researchers, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or software engineering conferences and journals.
- Experience contributing to or leading open-source AI projects.
- Prior experience working in a Center of Excellence, AI Lab, Research Lab, or similar high-impact innovation environment.
- Experience with enterprise AI implementation, AI governance, responsible AI, model evaluation, and production monitoring.
- Strong professional network and active participation in the global AI research and open-source community.
- Experience in client-facing consulting, technical presales, or AI solution advisory is a strong advantage.
