AI-Powered Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI-Powered Test Engineer who combines strong testing fundamentals with hands-on AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should ensure product quality through comprehensive testing while actively leveraging AI tools and intelligent agents to improve efficiency, automate processes, and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities

1. Core Testing Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute functional, regression, and compatibility testing for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct system testing for websites and applications and actively manage test results and defects.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API layers.

• Perform performance and stress testing using tools such as JMeter.

• Work closely with developers and product managers to reproduce, analyze, track, and resolve defects.

2. AI-Driven Testing & Innovation

• Actively leverage AI tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency, automate repetitive work, and enhance product quality.

• Use AI tools to generate test cases, create scripts, identify edge cases, analyze defects, and improve productivity.

• Build and experiment with AI agents or intelligent workflows to support testing activities and process optimization.

• Continuously explore emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in requirement discussions and provide quality perspectives during product design and development.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and quality improvement.

Skills & Knowledge

• 3+ years of solid experience in testing web and mobile applications.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, AI testing tools, etc.).

• Practical programming skills in Python/Java and hands-on automation testing experience.

• Experience building AI agents, workflows, prompt engineering, or automation processes is highly preferred.

• Ability to leverage AI tools to generate code, automate testing activities, analyze defects, and improve productivity.

• Familiar with database operations and skilled in SQL query writing.

• Proficient in mainstream testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter).

• Strong understanding of modern software development trends and willingness to rapidly adopt new technologies.
