AI-Native Learning Experience Lead

We're building an AI-native learning experience to help people across Vietnam grow with it and we're looking for the person to lead how it's built.

About STEAM for Vietnam STEAM for Vietnam Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to promoting STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and AI education in Vietnam. We're powered by a global team of professionals and students who believe free, world-class education can transform lives and help the next generation step confidently onto the global stage.

The Opportunity You'll help invent a new kind of learning experience — AI-native from the ground up: adaptive, hands-on with real AI tools, personalized to each learner, and genuinely delightful. You'll help set the bar for what AI readiness can look like.

We've already started. STEAM for Vietnam offers free, world-class education to learners and teachers across Vietnam and collaborates with leading global technology companies and partners across Vietnam's education sector. What we don't yet have is one person who owns the learning experience itself — its rigor, its creativity, its AI-native edge. 

What You'll Own

• The vision. Define what an AI-native learning experience is for S4V.
• The design. Architect learning journeys for many audiences — teachers, healthcare, students, and professionals across fields — spanning AI readiness, STEAM, and STEM.
• The making. Build flagship, AI-native content yourself, using AI tools to move fast and aim higher.
• The system. Turn your craft into templates, workflows, and review gates so quality survives any single person.
• The team. Recruit, lead, and mentor volunteer creators; raise their craft; keep them inspired and around.
• The reach. Partner with Programs and Product so your work lands in front of real learners, at scale.

Who You Are

• Passionate about education, deeply tech-savvy, and creative — with a genuine knack for content creation.
• 2+ years building education content, curriculum, or learning design in STEAM, STEM, AI, or EdTech with a portfolio that proves it.
• An AI-native instinct — you don't just teach AI, you build with it, and you're energized by what's newly possible.
• You make learning genuinely engaging, and you understand how people learn — across both adult professionals and younger learners.
• Fluent enough with AI to create accurate, current content and direct technical contributors.
• Based in Hanoi (required).
• Excellent English a major plus.

Nice to Have:  Experience with children's / K-12 content and Vietnam's national curriculum · multimedia, video, or gamified production · prior experience leading volunteers or a small team · STEAM / maker-education / EdTech background · connections in education, curriculum, or teacher-training networks.
