About the Role
We're looking for an AI Model Data Operation Specialist to oversee and manage data annotation projects for Vietnamese NLP/ASR/LLM language models, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee the collection, cleaning, and annotation of high-quality datasets for Vietnamese NLP/ASR models to ensure superior model training inputs.
- Model Performance & Evaluation: Conduct rigorous benchmarking and qualitative analysis of LLM-powered voice assistants; identify edge cases in natural language understanding (NLU) and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Multilingual Quality Assurance: Define and enforce linguistic annotation guidelines across various languages, ensuring cultural nuances and phonetic accuracy are maintained in automated voice interactions.
- Project & Vendor Coordination: Lead and manage distributed teams of overseas part-time contributors and vendors; track progress, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables meet strict project timelines and quality KPIs.
- Product Iteration & Innovation: Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to translate evaluation outcomes into actionable product upgrades, driving the human-like quality of our AI voice robots.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data visualization and reporting tools to monitor model health, reporting on accuracy trends and the impact of optimization efforts to stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 13 years of relevant work experience. A background in linguistics or computer science is highly desirable. (Outstanding soon-to-graduate students can also be considered)
- Proven experience in data annotation, data operations, or similar fields is preferred.
- Basic understanding of LLM capabilities; prior project experience involving LLMs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Chinese for work purposes is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, patience, and excellent execution and organizational skills.
