We are looking for a passionate and driven AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions that power real-world products and services. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable end-to-end AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments
- Design and optimize data pipelines for model training, inference, and evaluation in collaboration with Data Engineers
- Perform large-scale data preprocessing, cleansing, and feature engineering
- Integrate AI solutions into operational systems, APIs, and cloud platforms for stable and scalable services
- Monitor and continuously improve model performance, including accuracy, latency, and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Backend Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Research and stay up to date with the latest AI/ML technologies and share technical knowledge within the team
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a related role
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistics
- Practical experience with Python and at least one major AI/ML framework:
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn
- Strong proficiency with data processing tools such as Pandas and NumPy
- Experience handling and processing large-scale datasets
- Experience deploying AI models into production environments
- Experience integrating REST APIs and microservice-based systems
- Practical experience in at least one of the following domains:
- NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Computer Vision
- Recommendation Systems
- Generative AI / LLMs
- Experience using Git and collaborating in development teams
- Good communication skills in English or Korean
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and operating ML services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker
- Experience serving AI models using Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI projects such as:
- LLM fine-tuning
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Prompt Engineering
- Experience with model optimization techniques such as quantization and distillation
- Experience designing A/B tests and making data-driven decisions
- Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, conferences, or knowledge-sharing activities
- Master's degree or higher in a related field or published research experience
Salary Range
- Up to 4,000/month (equivalent to KRW 4M – 6M, before tax)
