About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions with a strong focus on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AWS. You will drive technical architecture, mentor AI engineers, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver scalable AI applications that create business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG.
- Design and develop autonomous and multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, tool calling, and memory capabilities.
- Define AI architecture, engineering standards, and technical best practices.
- Mentor AI engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Build and deploy AI applications on AWS using modern cloud-native services.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years leading AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
- Proven experience delivering production-ready AI applications.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with:
- Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
- Large Language Models (LLMs) & Generative AI
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt Engineering & AI Evaluation
- Strong software engineering and system design skills.
- Experience leveraging Agentic Coding to improve software development productivity.
Technology Stack
- Programming: Python
- AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph (CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex are a plus)
- AWS: Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, AWS CDK
- Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
- Frontend: ReactJS (ability to build and integrate AI applications)
Leadership & Communication
- Experience leading AI engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss business requirements directly with customers and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Professional or Specialty certifications.
- Experience delivering AI solutions in manufacturing, chemical, or enterprise environments.
- Experience with Responsible AI, AI Governance, or AI Security.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience building enterprise copilots or AI assistants.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory).
