The AI Expert is accountable for architecting, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value across multiple industries.
This role extends beyond research and experimentation, with a strong emphasis on production-ready systems, scalable architecture, robust governance, and the practical application of advanced technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
Working closely with AI leadership, product teams, data engineering teams, and business stakeholders, the AI Expert translates cutting-edge AI capabilities into scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions ready for real-world deployment.
Responsibilities:
AI Model Development & Deployment
- Design, develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/DL/LLM-based models.
- Deliver applied AI use cases such as:
- Predictive analytics, scoring, forecasting
- Recommendation & personalization engines
- Fraud detection & risk assessment
- NLP, GenAI applications, AI assistants
- Computer Vision & Voice AI (where applicable)
- Fine-tune foundation models and domain-specific models for industries such as banking, real estate, commerce, aviation, and services.
- Ensure models are production-ready, scalable, secure, and performance-optimized.
AI Architecture & Engineering
- Design AI system architecture integrated with enterprise Data Platforms, Cloud infrastructure, and core business systems.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and MLOps teams to:
- Build scalable ML pipelines
- Automate CI/CD for ML models
- Monitor performance, drift, and reliability in production
- Apply best practices in Responsible AI (fairness, bias mitigation, explainability, data privacy, model governance).
Business Alignment & Value Creation
- Translate strategic business problems into structured AI solutions.
- Work with Product Owners and business leaders to define use cases and KPIs.
- Lead or support PoC initiatives and scale validated solutions enterprise-wide.
- Clearly communicate model logic, impact, risks, and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and ability to convert AI capabilities into measurable outcomes.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with advancements in:
- Generative AI & LLM ecosystems
- Agentic AI frameworks
- Applied ML research
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and AI platforms for enterprise adoption.
- Contribute to internal AI standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 58+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/Data Science roles.
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems into production environments (enterprise-scale preferred).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques
- Model evaluation metrics & optimization
- Feature engineering and data preprocessing
- Hands-on experience with:
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
- NLP/GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
- Experience in MLOps (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML).
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and GPU-based AI infrastructure.
- Understanding of AI governance, model explainability, and data privacy standards.
International AI Certifications (Preferred / Strongly Advantageous)
Candidates holding one or more internationally recognized certifications are highly preferred:
- AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP)
- NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute Certifications
- TOGAF (for candidates involved in AI enterprise architecture design)
- PMI-ACP or PMP (for AI program delivery roles)
