We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and chatbot systems. This role involves building, evaluating, and operating production-grade conversational AI systems with strong emphasis on quality, safety, observability, and continuous improvement as part of the Engineering Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the company-wide AI Transformation Program, driving adoption of AI across multiple teams and departments.
  • Design and build a shared internal AI system/platform that can be reused by Engineering, Product, Support, Operations, and other department.
  • Develop AI applications (chatbots, knowledge assistants, workflow automation tools) that solve real productivity and operational problems.
  • Continuously research, evaluate, and prototype latest AI and LLM technologies, and assess their applicability for internal enterprise use cases.
  • Evaluate and integrate different AI model approaches, including commercial LLM APIs, open-source models, and emerging AI technologies (e.g. OpenClaw).
  • Define best practices for enterprise LLM architecture, including model selection, cost optimization, data governance, and scalability.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into production-ready internal solutions.

Requirements

  • Currently Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with Python and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs or models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs).
  • Experience building chatbot systems and conversational flows in production environments.
  • Knowledge of evaluation techniques for LLMs, including test sets, scoring, human-in-the-loop evaluation, or A/B testing.
  • Experience implementing monitoring for AI systems (logging, metrics, tracing, quality dashboards).
  • Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and embeddings.
  • Experience integrating AI services via REST APIs and microservices architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience contributing to or leading an AI platform, internal tooling, or digital/AI transformation initiative.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI architectures, including shared platforms, multi-tenant systems, and internal developer platforms.
  • Experience evaluating and comparing multiple LLM providers and open-source models for performance, cost, and governance.
  • Exposure to LLMOps / AI platform governance, including standards, best practices, and internal enablement.
  • Strong interest in staying up to date with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and applying new technologies to real business problems.
