Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for an AI Engineer. The AI Engineer will develop, test, and optimize AI models, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP technologies. Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI solutions, building functionality into existing software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business operations and innovate within the textile and garment industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop AI models for document understanding (OCR, NLP) to read and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
2. Automate data extraction, validation, and entry into ERP and business systems.
3. Implement AI-powered analytics dashboards to support decision-making in sales & supporting functions
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify back-office processes that can be improved through AI.
5. Ensure AI systems are reliable, accurate, and secure.
6. Research and adapt the latest AI technologies for practical business applications in textile and garment operations.

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge in OCR, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning.
2. Solid programming skills in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
3. Experience with document AI tools (e.g., Google Document AI, AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer) is a plus.
4. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
7. Experience in textile & garment or manufacturing industry is an advantage, but not required.
