AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Engineer with a strong background in Full-stack development to join our engineering team in Hanoi. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI/LLM applications, ranging from intelligent AI agents and RAG systems to robust backend/frontend architectures.

• AI & Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI features, including AI Chatbots, AI Assistants, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, Semantic Search, and Autonomous AI Agents.
• Full-stack Engineering: Develop and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces. Design, manage, and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL) and vector databases (pgvector / Vector DBs).
• System Design & Optimization: Participate in requirements analysis, architecture design, code reviews, performance optimization, security implementation, and debugging.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Handle deployment, system monitoring, and operations; write comprehensive technical documentation to support system maintenance.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional team members to ensure delivery timeline, product quality, and system reliability.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a strong focus on LLM-powered applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on Full-stack development experience.
• Proven Track Record: Must have real-world production AI products/features already deployed.

• AI & Data Integration: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs/AI models into applications (RAG, QA systems, AI Assistants, Semantic Search, Agentic workflows).
• Databases & Vector Search: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, relational database management systems (RDBMS), pgvector extension, and dedicated Vector Databases.
• Backend & Frontend: Solid background in building end-to-end full-stack applications.
• API & Systems: Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs, system architecture/integration, Git workflows, testing, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability & Security: Experience implementing evaluation mechanisms, logging, tracing, and monitoring for AI pipelines. Good knowledge of data authorization, sensitive data protection, and AI security best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and readiness to troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
