We are building infrastructure for financial institutions to ensure financing is fast, transparent, and low-cost for all. Mortgage finance has operated through traditional opaque systems for years. We are redefining the mortgage process from the ground up and end to end. We're using AI & technology to make it faster and more efficient, through trusted partners and people to help make a seamless customer experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Take on the challenges of building our Agentic AI with interesting use cases for fintech.
• Being the tip of the spear in our technical team, ensuring to leverage the best and latest technologies to keep us in the game.
• Be owner of your product. Voice in your own opinions of every aspects of our product from tech, logic to UI/UX. And turn those innovative ideas into deliverables.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with real-world NLP use cases and the development of Generative AI APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Vertex AI, and other leading models
• Good experience with RAG, embedding & fine-tuning model
• Strong foundation knowledge on LLM & machine learning
• Experienced with multi-agent frameworks, including LangChain, for building complex AI-driven workflows
• Good at English communication.
• An interest in learning about MCP and A2A is considered a plus
• Good experience in web development is a plus, but not mandatory
• Good experience with vision models, but not mandatory
• Ambitions. Motivation to grow high and aim big with your own career.
