Our client is developing a casting platform connecting talents with opportunities, with bank-integrated payment solutions supporting money transfers for the Malaysia market. They are hiring Agentic AI Developers to build and scale AI-driven workflows, autonomous agents, and automation systems in a hands-on, fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI systems, including multi-step workflows, tool-using agents, and autonomous task execution.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications using GPT-style APIs and similar large language models.
- Develop backend services and APIs to support AI-driven workflows and automation systems.
- Implement and maintain automation pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and orchestration.
- Integrate third-party tools, databases, and internal systems into AI agents and workflows.
- Debug, optimize, and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of AI systems.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications.
- Proven experience developing agentic workflows, including tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and task orchestration.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Solid experience working with APIs, web services, and backend systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with AI automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or custom automation pipelines.
- Experience deploying AI applications using Docker and cloud services.
- Exposure to vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Previous experience in a startup or agency environment.
