CUSTOMER & PROJECT
The candidate will join HIPTECH's AI Research & Development team, working on multiple AI-driven projects for international customers from Europe, the US, Japan, Australia, Taiwan, and other markets.
Your role is to research, develop, and implement AI solutions that can be integrated into customer ecosystems, internal platforms, or commercial products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions for production environments.
- Lead data preprocessing, feature engineering, dataset strategy, and data quality improvement.
- Research, build, and optimize LLM-based systems, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Integrate AI services with existing systems such as CRM, HR platforms, internal tools, and web/mobile applications.
- Conduct experiments, benchmark models, analyze results, and continuously improve model performance.
- Take ownership of model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance (performance, drift, cost).
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and data teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
- At least 3 year of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and applied statistics
- Proficient in Python and experienced in writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
- Solid experience with transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and LLM applications
- Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone, etc.)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices: model versioning, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring
- Comfortable working with APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
