Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI models for document understanding (OCR, NLP) to read and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Automate data extraction, validation, and entry into ERP and business systems.
- Implement AI-powered analytics dashboards to support decision-making in sales & supporting functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify back-office processes that can be improved through AI.
- Ensure AI systems are reliable, accurate, and secure.
- Research and adapt the latest AI technologies for practical business applications in textile and garment operations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in OCR, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning.
- Solid programming skills in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with document AI tools (e.g., Google Document AI, AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer) is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML-related roles (or equivalent project-based experience).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Preferred: Experience in the textile & garment or manufacturing industry.
