AI Engineer

We are building production-grade AI systems and are looking for a versatile Software Developer who can operate across frontend, backend, and AI layers. This role is ideal for an engineer who can design and deliver end-to-end solutions, with a strong focus on real-world AI implementations such as multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM-based workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and integrate AI-driven components, including agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-based workflows
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs
• Work across the full stack, from UI development to backend services and data processing
• Contribute to system architecture and participate in technical decision-making
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

AI Expertise (Required)

• Solid understanding of multi-agent AI systems, including orchestration and interaction patterns
• Hands-on experience or strong conceptual knowledge of AI agents
• Familiarity with AI system observability (monitoring, tracing, debugging at a conceptual level)

Technical Skills

• Frontend development experience with React or Angular, and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Backend development experience using .NET and C#
• Strong experience in API design and integration
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments

Nice to Have

• Practical experience building multi-agent AI systems
• Experience developing RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with AI platforms or ecosystems (e.g., Foundry or similar)
• Full-stack development experience (non-siloed engineering mindset)
• Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and trade-offs
