AI Engineer (English proficiency)

1.Role Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of AI products integrated with web platforms to address real business challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data) to implement new features while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Research and integrate AI models (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing) into web systems.

Communicate and collaborate effectively in English with international partners and stakeholders.

2.Job Qualification:

A college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer.

And minimum of 1 year of web development experience in any programming language.

Prior experience with Elasticsearch is required

Strong foundational knowledge of AI, including data processing, model building, and performance evaluation.

Proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), equivalent to B1+ level or IELTS 6.0 or higher.

Logical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive learning mindset.

3.Benifits:

Salary: Ranges from 38,000,000 - 45,000,000 VND/month, negotiable based on position.

Probationary Salary: 100% of the salary during the probation period.
