AI ENGINEER (COMPUTER VISION ENGINEER)
1. Responsible
- Research and experiment with computer vision and AI solutions in areas such as document understanding, virtual human avatars and LLM applications.
- Build demos and prototypes to test different approaches and share results.
- Write clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support model optimization and help maintain existing pipelines with guidance from senior engineers.
- Collaborate with other teams (NLP, dev, product, etc.) to integrate features into real projects.
2. Requirements
Must have:
- Basic knowledge of image processing, computer vision, and machine learning.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and multimodal AI applications.
- Good coding skills in Python (C++ is a plus) and understanding of algorithms/data structures.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Strong willingness to learn and improve.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with OCR, or video-related AI projects (academic or personal).
- Experience with software engineering best practices (Git, coding standards, simple deployment).
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
