What You'll Do
- Work across backlog of AI/automation use cases.
- Reading medical documents + extracting recommended services
- Running 25+ document validation checks (signatures, watermarks, consistency)
- Invoice field extraction + confidence scoring
- Report-writing AI (currently in POC stage)
- Evaluate LLMs & test models for each use case (quality vs cost vs performance).
- Engineer & refine prompts to reach required accuracy targets (9095%).
- Collaborate with automation workflows (Blue Prism) and product teams.
- Monitor AI output quality; define success metrics; compare before/after KPIs.
Key Criteria
- 3-5 years experience in AI Engineering
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C#.
- Familiarity with large language models (e.g Meta, LLaMA, GPT) and their application in production ready scenarios.
- Experience in prompt engineering and prompt tuning.
- Ability to recognise and deal with model hallucinations
- Experience deploying AI solutions in a cloud environment especially Azure
Work setup
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am 5 pm). During the probation period, you will be required to work full-time in the office for 2 months. After this period, the role will transition to hybrid with 2 days/week in the office (Wednesday, Thursday)
