ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges within an enterprise environment.

The role focuses on delivering scalable, production-grade models that support business growth, risk management, operational efficiency, customer experience, and fraud detection initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to end-to-end MLOps processes, and ensure robust, secure deployment on cloud platforms in alignment with enterprise governance and compliance standards.

Your missions

  • Develop and optimize advanced analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI models to address practical business problems.
  • Independently design and implement analytical solutions serving objectives such as business growth, personalization, operational optimization, customer experience enhancement, or fraud detection.
  • Participate in or lead the deployment of AI/ML/GenAI models and applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks).
  • Process, visualize, and interpret data, connecting insights to business needs and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.
  • Evaluate, customize, and optimize statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI algorithms for complex real-world problems.
  • Apply advanced data analytics techniques including hypothesis testing, causal inference, handling data imbalance, time series analysis, inferential modeling, and vector embeddings.
  • Contribute to end-to-end model development and operations processes (MLOps/LangOps), including data processing, training, evaluation, testing, deployment, and model monitoring.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in advanced analytics, machine learning/deep learning model development, and/or applying AI/GenAI to practical business problems.
  • Proven experience in independently developing analytical models or solutions for business growth, personalization, operational optimization, customer experience enhancement, or fraud detection.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML/GenAI models or applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks.
  • Strong experience in data processing, visualization, and interpretation, with the ability to connect insights to business needs and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Preference for experience working in large organizations, banks, or technology companies.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI algorithms, with the ability to evaluate, customize, and optimize techniques for complex real-world problems.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with advanced data analytics techniques, including hypothesis testing, causal inference, handling data imbalance, time series analysis, inferential modeling, and vector embeddings.
  • Proficiency in Python and specialized libraries for machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, as well as deployment tools like MLflow, Docker, and Git.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to participate in implementing end-to-end model development and operations processes (MLOps/LangOps).
  • English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Preferred experience in NLP, computer vision, or speech.
