We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build practical AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will develop AI-powered systems such as Knowledge AI, AI Copilot, CRM Intelligence, Customer Support Automation, and anomaly detection solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered applications using LLMs and enterprise data.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using documents, knowledge bases, and structured data.
• Implement data ingestion, embedding, vector search, retrieval, and response generation workflows.
• Design Knowledge Graph / graph-based data models for business entities and relationships.
• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, graph databases, and backend services into production systems.
• Collaborate with BA, engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Support AI evaluation, prompt optimization, and model improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in AI Engineering, ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Backend AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Familiar with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, Elasticsearch).
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graph / graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI Copilot, Knowledge AI, CRM Intelligence, or enterprise AI applications.
• Familiar with hybrid search, agentic workflows, or LLMOps/MLOps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
