About The Role
Join Savills APAC's AI Innovation team to build intelligent, production-grade solutions AI agents, RAG pipelines, and Microsoft Copilot integrations that automate workflows and drive measurable value across commercial real estate operations. You will work directly with the AI Lead and business stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems for real estate automation
- Build and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with M365 services for enterprise deployment
- Develop RAG pipelines connecting LLMs to corporate knowledge bases and documents
- Build and consume REST APIs, MCP servers, and vendor database integrations
- Write clean Python / C# code, contribute to code reviews and technical documentation
Education & Baseline
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Fundamentals and software engineering practices
- Strong in Programming Language, Python / C#
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Genuine passion for AI with the drive to learn new frameworks on the job
Preferred
- Cloud platform experience: Azure (must), AWS, or Google Cloud
- Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent AI certifications
