Job Summary
The AI Data Collection Operations Coordinator is responsible for sourcing filming locations (factories, restaurants, hotels, farms), planning schedules, and executing on-site field operations to capture first-person (egocentric) video data for humanoid robot training
Key Responsibilities
- Data Sourcing & Partnership: Approach and negotiate with business owners/plant managers to secure filming permissions and access to locations.
- Project Planning: Create detailed filming timelines; select and brief workers/actors on specific action scenarios.
- Field Execution: Directly manage on-site operations, setup recording devices (GoPro/Neckband), supervise the shooting process, and ensure data quality control meets KPIs.
Job Requirements
Relevanteducation andexperience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Equivalent field experience is highly valued).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Field Operations, Project Coordination, or Production Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry-Specific Experience: Prior experience as a Location Manager, Production Assistant in film/media agencies, or Fieldwork Supervisor in Market Research agencies.
- Existing Network: Having an established network or direct experience working with plant managers, industrial zones, or hospitality operations (F&B/Hotels) is a major plus.
- Tech & Equipment Savviness: Hands-on experience or a strong passion for action cameras (GoPro, Insta360), recording gear, and basic data management (Google Drive, AWS S3).
- Street-Smart & Adaptability: Excellent situational troubleshooting skills, a high level of resilience, and comfort with frequent travel for fieldwork.

- Proactive & Highly Adaptable: Comfortable with ambiguous situations and rapid changes in the work environment (shifting easily between office work and diverse field locations).
