AI Coach

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools/assistants in real development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Good understanding of AI coding models (e.g., Codex, Claude Sonnet, Gemini, or similar).
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, workflows, agentics and limitations.
• Experience integrating of AI-assisted practices across the SDLC is a plus.
• Experience coaching/mentoring technical teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Coach agile teams on effective and responsible use of AI tools in daily work.
• Identify, and promote AI use cases across agile/scrum workflows.
• Deliver workshops, demos, and coaching sessions to teams.
• Define and share AI best practices, guidelines, and playbooks.
• Track AI adoption metrics and collaborate with teams to measure productivity and quality improvements.
• Support teams to establish AI governance and compliance guidelines.
