About The Roles

We are looking for ambitious and hands-on AI Builders to join our Global AI team at ‪‪‪‪‪‪FPT.

This is not a traditional single-function role.

An AI Builder is someone who can bridge the gap between:

Business problems and AI capabilities

Product vision and technical execution

Customer needs and scalable AI solutions

Depending on your strengths and background, you may contribute across areas such as:

AI Product Management

Business Analysis

AI/LLM Engineering

Solution Architecture

Pre-sales & Consulting

AI Agent / Voice AI development

Delivery & Customer Success

You will work with global clients across Japan, SEA, US, and other international markets to design and scale next-generation AI products and AI workforce solutions.

What You Will Build

Enterprise automation solutions

Multi-agent orchestration systems

AI products for Banking, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Education, and Enterprise sectors

Responsibilities

Depending on your profile, your responsibilities may include:

Product & Business

Work with clients and stakeholders to identify business pain points and AI opportunities

Translate business requirements into AI product features and delivery plans

Define product roadmap, user journeys, use cases, and success metrics

Conduct market research and benchmark AI trends globally

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product execution

AI Solution & Engineering

Design and develop AI/LLM-based applications and services

Build AI Agents, Voice AI systems, RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, and enterprise integrations

Fine-tune prompts, optimize AI performance, and improve user experience

Work with APIs, cloud platforms, vector databases, and AI frameworks

Ensure scalability, reliability, and production readiness

Consulting & Delivery

Participate in client workshops, solution consulting, demos, and proposal activities

Support implementation and deployment for enterprise customers

Collaborate with global teams across different markets and cultures

Drive execution speed, ownership, and continuous improvement

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for builders, problem-solvers, and fast learners.

Have experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, AI Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Consulting

Are passionate about AI, GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, or enterprise technology

Have strong problem-solving and communication skills

Can work effectively in fast-moving and cross-functional environments

Have ownership mindset and strong execution capability

Are comfortable working directly with global customers

Want to build products with real-world impact at global scale

Preferred Qualifications

One or more of the following is a plus:

Experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain, MCP, multi-agent systems, or Voice AI

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Background in Banking, Telecom, Enterprise SaaS, Contact Center, or Digital Transformation

Experience working with Japanese or international clients

Japanese (N2/N1) or strong English communication skills

Experience in startup, product, or consulting environments
