We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Agent Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will build autonomous, enterprise-grade multi-agent systems capable of complex reasoning and task execution.

What You'll Do
You will own the lifecycle of agentic systemsfrom architectural design and prompt engineering to evaluation and deployment.
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and build scalable, stateful multi-agent workflows where specialized agents collaborate to solve complex enterprise problems.
- Develop Agentic Capabilities: Implement advanced agent patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection) and equip agents with the ability to use tools effectively.
- Robust Evaluation & Observability: Build comprehensive evaluation pipelines, and define metrics to measure agent reliability, accuracy, and safety.
- RAG & Context Management: Engineer advanced RAG systems with complex context window management and long-term memory persistence.
- Production Engineering: optimizing latency, cost, and throughput of LLM calls.
What You Need
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong Software Engineering Skills: Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design principles.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python (primary) and TypeScript (secondary).
- Agent Orchestration: Mastery of modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Agent Patterns: Deep experience implementing agentic workflows and multi-agent collaboration architectures.
- Context Engineering: Advanced skills in prompting and context management techniques. Experience implementing short-term, long-term memory strategies for agents.
- Vector Search: Hands-on experience with vector databases and hybrid search strategies.
- Evaluation: Experience with observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize,...) to trace and debug agent steps. Solid background, and practical experience in defining metrics and running experiments to evaluate agents performance.
- Deep Learning Knowledge: Solid understanding of deep learning, transformer architectures, and attention mechanisms.
- LLM Fine-Tuning: Practical experience with LLM fine-tuning is a bonus.
