We are looking for engineers who don't just write code - but think in solutions. This role is perfect for people who are curious, adaptable, and excited about solving problems using whatever tools, languages, or technologies are needed - including AI.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Work on real product problems, not just tickets
- Design and implement solutions across different technologies and stacks
- Use AI tools and agentic coding approaches to accelerate development
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across Germany and Vietnam
- Continuously experiment with new tools, frameworks, and approaches
- Refactor, rethink, and improve systems as requirements evolve
- Take ownership from idea to production
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
What We're Looking For: We care less about what you already know, and more about how you think and solve problems
- You are comfortable jumping between languages or frameworks when needed
- Hands-on, daily use of agentic coding tools. You should know your way around Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
- You understand spec-driven development, agent workflows and how to get reliable results from agentic coding tools
- You enjoy being challenged and stepping outside of a fixed tech stack
- You think in solutions, not in tools
- You are not afraid to learn something new to solve a problem better
- You have strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- You take ownership and proactively move things forward
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
- You are eager to grow beyond just coding into product thinking
- Technical Background (Guideline, Not a Constraint)
- Experience in software development (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, Ruby, Golang)
- Understanding of software fundamentals (APIs, data, architecture, testing)
Note: We are not hiring for a specific stack. If you are adaptable, we will find the right problems for you.
